If you like the apartment builder and want to make your place look good: you're leaving yourself significantly weaker if you don't just cram everything together as tight as possible to get as much stats out of it as you can. If you want good pvp you'll be let down in most games by being matched with players much weaker than you, or going up against duos who simply outclass you no matter how geared you are. I think a lot of people joined this game for intense PvP and the stress of having good items you want to get back home.Īll of these are valid reasons for enjoying and being drawn to the game, however it seems that it's not built in a way that is scratching anyone's itch. I liked organizing my apartment in a way that made it look "good" (as best I could given the limited wallpaper) and I adore the pixel art and overall design. I liked that you had to leave yourself vulnerable to go buy that new fridge. Personally, what pulled me in the most was the aesthetic of the game, the apartment building, and the "danger" of actually shopping for items. Instead it leaves breadcrumbs of something that might be interesting to a certain group, but never fully dives in on it. I didn't play an insane amount, but I feel it was enough to fully understand the game and it's quirks.Īfter trying to figure out what bothered me so much about the game I landed on a conclusion - this game has no target audience. I put a good amount of time into this game, got to level 15, estate 7 mil.
